    Mentoring the Next Generation

We believe sustainability leadership needs to start early and it needs to be inclusive. That's why we mentor young professionals, students, and early-career sustainability practitioners across Australia and the Pacific.

Our goal is to help develop 1,000+ future sustainability leaders by 2028 through practical guidance, real-world insight, and values-led support.

This includes structured mentoring partnerships, pro bono coaching, and university engagement all focused on helping the next generation lead with impact and integrity.

    Antarctic Classroom

In December 2026, our founder Lee Stewart will lead the Antarctic Classroom, a transformative 10-day expedition for Year 9–12 students and emerging leaders.

This is more than adventure. It's a commitment to connecting climate science with real-world leadership, providing hands-on research opportunities, and mentoring the next generation of sustainability leaders. Students will work alongside polar scientists, contribute to citizen science initiatives, and develop the insights and skills that will shape their future careers.

We don't just advise companies on sustainability, we live it, advocate for it, and invest in it. From Pacific nations to emerging leaders to the edges of the earth, we're committed to putting purpose into action.
