Lee is a best-selling author, seasoned sustainability leader, and founder of ESG Strategy, with over 20 years of global experience spanning Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Japan. Formerly Head of Sustainability at Fujitsu and Fonterra, Lee has led award-winning projects leveraging AI technology and data centres, alongside pioneering initiatives such as climate-related disclosures, modern slavery reporting, and programs to reduce on-farm emissions. Passionate about developing future talent, Lee has also coached and mentored emerging sustainability leaders. As the author of the best-selling How to Build Sustainability into Your Business Strategy, Lee advises boards and executives across Australasia and the Pacific and provides strategic sustainability advice to the Tongan Government, supporting climate action and sustainable growth for future generations.
