Ann is a visionary sustainability trailblazer in the property sector with over 20 years in sustainability leadership roles with Lendlease, including CEO of the Lendlease Foundation,  Global Head of Sustainability Engagement and Head of Sustainability for Lendlease Australia. Ann’s impressive career includes leading transformative sustainability initiatives for Lendlease that were recognised in the 2023 Australian Financial Review’s Sustainability Leaders Awards.

Renowned in the sector, she has played pivotal roles in the formation of industry groups such as the Materials and Embodied Carbon Leaders Alliance (MECLA) and the Construction Industry Culture Taskforce (CICT). Ann has a passion for engagement and learning and regularly presents and lectures on sustainability, including as guest faculty for the Australian Graduate School of Management for their corporate programs.
